Fair Isle at Yarn For All Seasons

Everyone is having great fun creating their fair isle sweaters. Cindy is a wonderful teacher and all the sweater colors are spectacular. The students are doing either a different design or using slightly different colors. The results are stunning as you can see by the works in progress at the left.

It's been awhile sinced I last posted. I have been busy with classes and I have just started a fair isle sweater. I am doing the Alice Starmore Oregon Cardigan. I will post a picture when I have more on my needles.

I just finished Elizabeth Zimmerman's February Baby Sweater from The Knitter's Almanac. It was fun to knit and came out nice. I still have buttons to put on it. I used RY Classic Cashsoft DK yarn in Kingfisher. I may do a class on this sweater because the directions are a bit sketchy.

New Classes

Two new classes have been added for September. The first is fingerless gloves using the magic loop technique and the second is a beginning lace scarf. Stop by to see them in person and sign up. Both will be fun to do!

Cable Class

This little bag is from my beginning cable class. It looks complicated, but it is really very easy.
